Refund / Cancellation Policy

At Cab Varanasi, we understand that travel plans can change. We have designed a fair cancellation policy to accommodate such changes while ensuring the sustainability of our operations.

1. Cancellation Charges

• 48 hours before pickup: 0% cancellation fee (Full Refund).
• 24 to 48 hours before pickup: 25% of the advance amount will be deducted.
• 12 to 24 hours before pickup: 50% of the advance amount will be deducted.
• Within 12 hours of pickup: 100% of the advance amount (No Refund).

2. Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking (Bank Account, Credit Card, or UPI).

3. No-Show Policy

If the customer fails to show up at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time without prior intimation, it will be treated as a No-Show, and no refund will be provided.

4. Cancellation by Cab Varanasi

In the rare event that we are unable to provide a cab due to operational issues or unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund of the amount paid by the customer.
