Welcome to Cab Varanasi. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only after the receipt of the advance payment or full payment as agreed. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if the payment is not received within the stipulated time.

2. Vehicle Availability

We strive to provide the specific vehicle model requested. However, in case of unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances (like mechanical breakdown), we will provide an equivalent or upgraded vehicle at no extra cost.

3. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave in a civil manner. Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the cabs. The driver reserves the right to stop the vehicle and ask passengers to alight if their behavior is deemed unruly or unsafe.

4. Tolls, Parking, and Taxes

Unless specified otherwise in packages, all toll taxes, state taxes, parking charges, and entry fees are to be paid by the customer directly as per actuals.

5. Liability

Cab Varanasi shall not be responsible for any delays caused by traffic jams, road diversions, accidents, or weather conditions. We are also not liable for any loss of luggage or personal belongings left in the vehicle.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
